Self-Leveling Mortar

Lanko 173 LankoSelf Skim is a self-leveling screed for old and new interior floors. Application thickness is between 3 mm and 8 mm. It is a ready-to-wet mortar for preparing substrates before laying thin floor coverings. Lanko 173 can be covered with most floor coverings.

Coverage: approximately 1.6 kg/m2/mm

Priming
Apply Lanko 162 Flow Prime on substrate. This layer
must still be tacky when pouring LANKO 173 LANKOSELF
SKIM.

Product Preparation
• Machine-mix one 25kg bag of LANKO 173 LANKOSELF
SKIM with 4.75 - 5.25 liters of clean water (i.e.
19% - 21% water content) until the compound is evenly distributed and lump-free.
• No water must be added once the mortar has been mixed.
