Buildrite Tofil 807 Putty Master is a multi-purpose ready to use smooth base preparation for a wide range of non-structural filling, leveling, patching and repair jobs on wood, concrete, fiber cement and fiber boards.

 

Packaging: in 1kg quart, 5kg gallon and 18kg pail

Coverage: 5kg container can cover 20m2 per coat

- Joint Filler and Plaster Putty for Fiber Cement Board, Gypsum, Wood and Concrete

- Filling of hollows, dents, holes, knots on wood prior to finishing

- Leveling and patching work on concrete, wood, and similar substrates

Instructions

FOR PATCHING AND BUILDING UP:

All substrates should be clean and free of unsound materials, dust, plaster, oil, paint, and grease. Apply the putty to the prepared surface using a spatula or a putty knife. Remove excess materials after the first coat, and apply another until it covers the previous coat entirely. Let it dry for 2-3 hours. The dried putty can be further sanded to smoothen its surface. Remove dust with a damp sponge.


FOR FINISHING FIBER CEMENT BOARDS:

Using a putty knife, fill the joints and its surrounding edges with TOFIL 807 PUTTY MASTER up to 150mm wide. Lay the tape on top of the putty, and apply enough pressure to remove excess materials. Apply another coat up to 250mm wide to cover the tape. Let it cure for 2-3 hours
