Instructions

AS A CLEANING AGENT FOR BRICKWORK/ RUST STAINS FROM CONCRETE:

Clean a small trial area to determine the most suitable Cement Remover dilution. Pre-wet the surface using a sponge and rub the affected area with a solution of Cement Remover and water. The solution required should be CEMENT REMOVER and water (1:1-4) by volume. Wash the surface with water immediately after the treatment is complete.


AS A CLEANING OF TOOLS

Use Cement Remover as a dip. Soak the tools overnight. Take out and wash with clean water to remove all loosely adhering materials


AS A CLEANING / ETCHING OF CONCRETE FLOORS

Pre-wet the floor. Apply the area with a solution of Cement Remover and water using a stiff bristle broom. When the application is finished, wash down thoroughly with clean water.

For heavily contaminated floors like garages or workshops, pre-treatment with Cement Remover should be assisted with a chemical degreaser.

For etching concrete floors, apply Cement Remover
solution at the rate of 1liter/m2 approximately. Dilution will depend on the condition of the floor and the degree of etching required. When the action has finished, wash down thoroughly with clean water.


AS A REMOVAL OF RUST AND MILL SCALE

Brush the surface with a wire brush to remove loose materials. Apply a solution of CEMENT REMOVER and water using a soft broom or brush. Leave the solution to act for 20 – 40 minutes. Wire brush again to remove the remaining loose materials. Immediately wash thoroughly with clean water. Repeat application, if necessary.
