Fiber Reinforced Non-shrink Rendering Mortar

 

Lanko 731 LankoRep Structure PH is a fibre-reinforced non-shrink mortar for repair of concrete structures and reinforcement of weakened structures with application thickness of 5mm to 50mm.

 

Packaging: 25kg bag

Coverage: approximately 2kg/m2/mm

 

Uses / Area of Application
- Repair of concrete surfaces: spalling, honeycombing, stairnosing, ramp, etc.
- Concrete restructuring: pillars, slabs, posts, dams, aprons and spillways
- Reinforcement of weakened structures: balconies and cornices

Instructions

Product Preparation
• For the product to be adequately mixed, machine – mix one 25 kg of LANKO 731 LANKOREP STRUCTURE PH with 4.25 litres of clean water (i.e 17%water content) for 3 minutes minimum until evenly distributed. Hand - mixing is unadvisable and might result in uneven distribution.
• Workable life after mixing: approximately 45 minutes at 20°C
• No water must be added during application.

Application
• Apply a first batch of LANKO 731 LANKOREP STRUCTURE PH with a stainless steel trowel, pressing firmly to ensure bonding.
• Apply additional mortar layer by layer using spatula or steel trowel, pressing firmly to obtain the desired overall thickness.
• Finish the surface of the repaired surface using a stainless steel trowel or rubber float.
• For large surfaces, the mortar may be applied by machine spray.
