Sika® Intraplast®Z is a powder injection, mortar and concrete admixture that produces wet volume expansion and increased fluidity without segregation by introducing micro bubbles into the mix.

Uses / Area of Application

Sika® Intraplast® Z causes the cement mixture to expand before setting. The swelling is caused by extremely regular formation of densely distributed tiny gas bubbles consisting of inert hydrogen. Product is used generally following applications
▪ Prestressed cable ducts
▪ Rock and soil anchoring
▪ Bearing plates
▪ Pre-placed aggregates
▪ Tunnel linings
