SikaTop Seal - 107 is a two-component, predosed, ready to use waterproofing slurry based on resin modified cementitious material.

Coverage / Consumption: 2 coats always, required with 1.5-2kg/sqm per coat

(note: 3 coats may be required in areas of extremely high infiltration)

- for external and internal waterproofing, crack sealing, mortar, brickwork and steel

- for basements, swimming pools, water tanks, flat roofs

- for balconies, canopies and terraces
